We are committed to making high-quality dental care accessible and affordable for our patients. RA Dental Studio accepts a variety of insurance plans and payment options to help fit your needs. If you do not see your preferred option listed below, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.

In-Office Membership Plan

RA Dental Studio offers an in-office membership plan for patients without dental insurance coverage. This plan is designed to help patients maintain their oral health while receiving quality dental care at a more affordable cost.

• Additional Family Member: $399/year
• Individual: $425/year
• Individual + Spouse: $749/year

Membership Benefits Include:

• Exams (2 per year)
• Full-mouth X-ray (FMX) (1 per year)
• Cleaning (2 per year)
• Fluoride treatment (2 per year)
• Emergency exam (1 per year)
• 20% off regular fees for general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry)

Payment options:

• Cash or Check: Always accepted.
• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
• CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at the time services are provided. As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your insurance provider and help track claim processing. Any remaining balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
