In our office, we offer high-quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below, you will find a list of insurance and payment options that we accept. RA Dental Studio is pleased to offer an in-office dental plan for our patients who do not currently have dental coverage.
$425 Individual (annually)
$749 Individual + Spouse
$399 Each additional
This plan allows our patients to receive optimal dental care while regularly maintaining their oral health. The path to membership is short and easy! An enrollment application and return the form to our practice.
- Exams (2 per year)
- FMX (1 Full mouth x-ray per year)
- Cleaning (2 per year)
- Fluoride treatment (2 per year)
- Emergency exam (1 per year)
20% OFF regular fees for general, restorative
and cosmetic dentistry.

- Cash or Check: Always accepted.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
